    Ist das Geld absolut wert

    Beste Aussicht nicht nur aus dem eigenen Zimmer, sondern auch in den gemütlich gestalteten Lobbys auf den Etagen

    Ist mit Koffern etwas schwierig, weil es keinen Aufzug gibt und Jiufen generell sehr steil und voller Treppen ist

    無早餐；對外窗能看到海和景；冷氣有冷；從櫃檯要上樓會更換室內拖所以整體很乾淨；櫃檯有販售食物和一些必需品，很方便；性價比高；走樓梯下去就能到九份老街本體了，方便。官網的照片是交誼廳拍出去的，不是房間獨享。

    九份畢竟是山上，沒有多少停車位，會要停旁邊的聖明宮。不過進宮廟的路很小條，要有技術一點才過得了。 民宿在九份國小側門（非燈籠隧道）旁邊的樓梯上去，招牌「海論」字體有點藝術，需要花一點時間辨識。

    太吵了！

    環境乾淨

    煙霧警報器沒電從早上6:10開始響，響到我11點退房，響5個小時吵到精神快渙散，當下跟民宿人員反應沒有得到立即處理，事後也沒有什麼補償措施，公關處理很糟，感受很糟！
