    Large rooms very comfortable

The host and property management were not very helpful. We requested a baby cot during the Booking.com reservation, and the request was approved, but it was never provided. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the missing cot and contacted the host, but received no response or assistance despite multiple messages.
