We had an amazing stay at Joan"s, it was a neat and clean Apartment with all amenities you need. The hosts were supercool and treated us, as their extended family. Food was also great, would return if i, ll get a chance to stay there again.

Since the stay arrangement is at first floor it becomes difficult, especially for older people to take luggage upstairs. So, it will be quite convenient if you keep a person for this purpose. You have ample space around, can accomodate for one washroom at ground floor itself. It will help to have a vehicle along with driver all the time during the entire stay.

Thank you, Joan and Joseph, we wish we could have stayed longer!
The place is beautiful and our very lovely hosts served us many delicious Keralan dishes. We marvel at the depth and variety of flavours! There were local celebrations taking place at both the temple and the church in Vaikom, which made our stay even more memorable.

Lovely location on the river,very peaceful,you have the whole flat to yourself.It is a beautiful property,Mr and Mrs Joseph will do you wonderful meals if you want and take care of anything you need,or you can go out to restaurants if you prefer.It's the best home stay I have stayed in.
