Budget hotel trying to present as 4 star with questionable quality and cleanliness and staff that are either or a combin
It wasn’t all bad but I didn’t appreciate being misled about the quality of accommodations and service we would be getting for the price we paid.
It’s a budget hotel dressed up with basic renos and attempting to be a 4+ star hotel…which it absolutely is not. The staff was rude, suspicious, confrontational and odd. Despite multiple requests for room cleaning we were blatantly ignored. The room was dusty and smelled like urine and chlorine. The front desk scolded us and hung up on us for asking for housekeeping. The restaurant was dirty and gross. The food was budget at best. Neither on-site staff or off-site customer service cared about anything and specifically called out that since we booked through 3rd party it was not their problem. I’m not sure how a 3rd party booking company is responsible for Hilton staff…ridiculous!

In town overnight for a concert, stay was nice

We ordered room service the next day at 8 o’clock in the morning. Had to call down at 9:30 to find out where it was. It
It was clean
Our room was not ready on time. It took him 45 additional minutes to get our room ready. Our check-in was at 4 o’clock. We had dinner reservation so we were kind of running against it.
