Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. the appartment is in nice zona.with nice vieu.
the appartment was so dirty . there is no air conditioner in all the rooms . we find fans . how you can belive we are in 2026. The age of prosperity and globalization. And artificial intelligence. and still use fans in famous city as rappalo .

Nous avons apprécié la vue magnifique et la literie très confortable.
Nous avons réservé un appartement alors qu'il y avait des travaux avec des échafaudages. Les ouvriers tous les jours commençaient à 8h avec des marteaux piqueur au dessus de nos tête,sur la toiture. Pour accéder à l'ascenseur il y a un 30aine de marches.il y a un monte charge mais pas vu l'état de fonctionnement. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait,sur les meubles,par terre, sur les rebords des fenêtres (gravats de travaux). Sous les lits c'était 2cm de moutons comme on dit,l'intérieur des placards avec des sets de table qui avaient encore des miettes. Du coup nous étions obligés de partir de bonne heure tous les jours de la semaine car c'était invivable à cause du bruit et n'avons pas pu profiter de manger en terrasse. Parlons en de cette terrasse où les vitres n'avaient pas été faites non plus avec cette poussière. En fait je reproche à la propriétaire d'avoir mis en location cet appartement.C'est inadmissible!!!!! Elle répond être désolée mais je ne suis pas d'accord,il fallait y penser plus tôt, c'est du vol...pour cela on a eu un dédommagement de même pas 20 €/personne. lorsque je demande plus je n'ai plus de réponses c'est silence radio. Fuyez !!!!!!!

Outstanding apartment with outstanding hosts
Wow wow wow!! Truly wonderful apartment with outstanding hosts and amazing views. We had a fantastic time here! The accommodation was perfect, exactly like the photos. The view was even better in real life. The town was wonderful, lots of delicious places to eat. We were met at the apartment by Nicolo and he was very helpful and friendly. Plenty for families to do. We took a boat trip to Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, the train to Sestri Levante and the train to Cinque Terre. Gabi was very friendly and her suggestions and recommendations made our trip even better. She kindly recommended some of her favourite places to eat and they were perfect for our family. She was incredibly helpful. Our only regret was that we should have booked a longer stay. We must come back soon!!! Unfortunately we booked out trip in August and the weather was simply too hot 34-38 degrees. There were plenty of fans in the apartment but it was very very hot during the evenings and we struggled to few comfortable in these temperatures.
