    Had a great day, but as you can see, there are things that need to be looked at. A bit of care loving and attention woul

    Loved the location, the style and the feel of the place.

    The toilet flush was so difficult that we could not flush it easily. There was no microwave in the apartment which is amazing for a flat of this nature, but it was also on the list of things and therefore we are unable to cook some of the microwave items that we purchased before we realised. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working so the bathroom became rather musty & even drain smelly. The bedside lights were next to useless and could not read by them- far too dim. One of the stools by the breakfast bar was really dangerous as it looks like parts previously been broken and you could easily fall off and hurt yourself.

    What should have been a perfect stay was spoiled somewhat by annoying deficiencies.

    Location and size of flat excellent. The host staff were outstanding and responded immediately to any inquiries.

    Armchair with no legs was ludicrous, as were the cutlery and drinking glasses. Also, the toaster didn’t work and fused the circuit whenever switched on. Some of the bar stools are missing support spars and could collapse, causing injury. We did enjoy the flat, however these small details are ridiculous deficiencies in a property which is being marketed and priced as luxury.
