    Decent stay, but would probably look at other options if returning to the area.

    Ease of entry and leaving, and fantastic communication from Joivy. The flat had everything you need inside and is within a safe, quiet neighbourhood, with fantastic links to central London. The nearby church was a calming influence.

    We started each morning by cleaning a big pile of leaves, blown in through a small hole in the roof near the kitchen. The flat is unbelievably creaky and all through the night - trying to keep the kids sleeping while walking to the bathroom was a mission in itself. We didn't figure out how to turn the bathroom mirror light off - so the light was on all night. The furniture in each bedroom is dated, and a bit grotty, adding to the overall creakiness of the place - same for the stained sofa in the lounge.
