    The host was kind and gave us clear directions to reach the apartment. The location is good, and the neighborhood feels safe. It was easy to find a place to park our car.

    The location shown on Booking.com was not accurate. The apartment is very poorly equipped, basically, there is nothing available to cook or do anything properly. The apartment is a nightmare: it is dirty, the walls are damaged by humidity, and there are bad odors that worsened my allergies. There was no hot water. We had to heat water on the stove just to take a shower. The host told us the issue was with the water heater. He sent a woman who only checked it and changed the batteries, then said a plumber would come, but the plumber never showed up. We ended up wasting an entire afternoon trying to solve the problems of this apartment right after arriving from a long trip. In the end, the host claimed the issue was due to public water pressure. Indeed, the pressure sometimes increased or decreased, but the water heater never worked... To make things worse, there was a complete water cut for half of our stay. We were forced to buy bottled water from the store just to wash ourselves. I honestly do not understand why such a property is even listed on Booking.com.
