  Magnifique

  J'ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel. La décoration est tout simplement **époustouflante**, alliant **élégance** et **goût**. Chaque détail semble avoir été soigneusement pensé, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. L’attention des propriétaires est vraiment exceptionnelle. Ils se sont assurés que chaque moment de mon séjour soit parfait, toujours disponibles et prêts à répondre à mes besoins. Leur dévouement à l'hospitalité est palpable et fait toute la différence. La cuisine est un véritable régal pour les papilles ! Chaque plat est savamment préparé, utilisant des ingrédients frais et de qualité. C'est un endroit où l’on se sent choyé, tant par l’environnement que par les mets proposés. Cet hôtel est sans aucun doute un **havre de paix**, idéal pour se ressourcer et échapper au quotidien. Je le recommande vivement à quiconque cherche un lieu à la fois **élégant** et **culturel** pour un séjour inoubliable. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

  The place was exquisite! It's a marvelous piece of architecture and interior design. All the details were meticulous and thoroughly well thought and designed. Brydon and Hein were amazing, responsive, and they made the experience a very pleasant one. We're definitely coming back :)

  Excellent Location, wonderful hosts, would recommend, but beware of $$ premium if not SA citizen

  The breakfast was excellent, as well as the location. We had a wonderful afternoon relaxing in the formal garden. The fireplace was also great on the second day when colder weather rolled in.

  For the price point, the bed was not acceptable - it was somewhat uncomfortable, and a king size would be preferable. It was also disappointing to hear from our fellow guests that they (as SA citizens) had paid a substantially lower rate for accommodation than we had. There was no mention of this on booking.com (some hotels do mention this). I am not criticising Jonkmanshof but rather what is becoming common practice in South Africa - basically if you are not a SA citizen, you get ripped off. End result, I will still travel to SA to visit family and friends, but am spending less on hotels and 'holidaying' in SA and will rather book hotel stays elsewhere in the world.

  We would like to stay over at Jonkmanshuis in the future.

  The breakfast was excellent. The decor in the house and in every room is next level. Jonkmanshuis has lovely gardens.
