    Nice location- dated rooms

    The location and view is beautiful.

    It’s becoming very dated, time they spent some money on upgrades. Ripped curtains - dated bathrooms with visible signs of door frames deteriorating and half the lights didn’t work!!

    Great food, pleasant stay, awful receptionist.

    Man who ran the restaurant was nice, the food was brilliant, breakfast buffet was good nice selection,

    The woman on reception was awful, such an unwelcome entry, zero worthy information, very rude,first point of contact should at least have the ability to smile. Even as I had the family in the car outside reception as we was checking out she made me wait for 10 minutes to get the cleaner to check I hadn't ransacked my room before sanctioning the return of my $300 bond?! Im 40 years old with my wife and children paying well over the odds for a stay where there was no mini bar in the room nor could happy on reception facilitate champagne being sent to the room via check in. It was just awful customer service. Ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay
