Great location if you are visiting Penrith. No kitchen basics included.
Location.
There was nothing in the house, so no basics of cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee machine. As this is clearly only a rental property there is no 'comfort' to the house with sparse furnishings.

Excellent, would stay here again.
A very easy stay while the kids competed over the weekend close by. Exactly like the pictures; lots of space to relax, make team lunches, and feel comfortable. Vivian had excellent communication throughout and we'd stay here again next time.
Not a criticism, but the location is best accessed by car
