Nice stay that did the job for our trip. Very clean and nice kitchen and bathroom.
Good location close to the beach and shops. Nice patio area good for storing surf stuff.
Sometimes noisy in the central columns. Sofa bed didn’t work. Had been broken. A key safe outside the property would be easier than the current key collection. Needs a kettle. Tea and coffee would also be good.

Good location, needs work.
Location in Gros is excellent. Close to Txofre parking garage and Zurriola beach.
There is a damp problem. The place was clean but there is an instant smell of mold and visible damp related damage and mold on several walls.

Muy espacioso y buena ubicación, pero le falta algún retoque
La ubicación es ideal, se encuentra en un barrio muy paseable. El piso tiene mucho espacio. Está en unos bajos de un edificio. El piso está bien equipado.
En las fotografías el piso parece más nuevo de lo que en realidad es. Le faltaría algún retoque. Sería bueno entender que es necesario reservar el parking con antelación. Excesivamente caro para lo que es.
