    Overpriced, uncomfortable and unsafe. This apartment does not deserve to be described as a Deluxe Suite.

    The apartment was very dusty, and the sofa was not clean. The duvet cover in one of the bedrooms was also dirty. Most seriously, part of the entrance door frame came loose and fell on me while I was leaving the apartment, which was dangerous and completely unacceptable. The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator, which was not made clear enough in the listing. Carrying all our luggage upstairs was extremely difficult, and going up and down every day was exhausting. The neighbour next door constantly watched us from her window whenever we arrived and even left us a note complaining about noise, although we were outside the apartment for most of the day. There was no air conditioning, and the fan was completely inadequate during temperatures of around 40°C. The beds were also uncomfortable. Considering the high price we paid, the apartment was not worth the cost and did not meet the standard of a “Deluxe Suite.”
