I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall, and I especially appreciated being upgraded from a standard room to a luxury suite. This was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. The location was another highlight, as the hotel was conveniently situated close to some of Doha’s tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning kept switching off in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, and I was unable to turn it back on myself. I had to call maintenance to assist me, which was quite inconvenient, especially during the night. I was also disappointed with the room service and housekeeping follow-up. After ordering food, the used utensils were not collected the following day. Despite repeatedly requesting that they be removed, they remained outside my room for almost three days. This was unexpected and did not reflect the standard of service I would have hoped for. With better attention to maintenance issues and more consistent housekeeping, the hotel could offer an even better guest experience.
