Very unpleasant
The breakfast was not the best,no eggs or bacon,just bread and cheese,it didn't meet our expectations of a basic English breakfast and no one to even assist us
We kept going to the reception and rang the bell for assistance and no one showed up for many hours trying to get a lighter for starting fire for the braai and ended asking some guests who helped us eventually. The staff were no where to be seen. After going and coming back to reception after three hours -eventually there was a person,we required a tray to put our meat, and received a dirt tray and I asked for plates,also ate with the plate that had cat hair and smelled badly. We didn't even check out at ten,we left very early because we received a very bad service. A member of our family had a allergic reaction, because there were cats roaming around the doors of our rooms. The staff when we greet them are so cold and kept making noise outside our rooms, early hours of the morning. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would never go back, poor services,the only thing that was great was the WiFi of which we had to figure it out on our own. The pool had a blue dye on our feet

The place was beautiful and staff very friendly. Pillows were brilliant (I'm fussy with pillows!)
No power outlet by the bed, my partner uses a CPAP machine and luckily we had an extension cord but had to be run across the floor which wasn't ideal for night time loo usage.
