Was over all not a good vacation experience

The water did not work at all for one and a half days the other days it was poor but on the last day couldn't flush the toilet or shower. But the worst part was the host he became just nasty . I told him if I knew there were water problems I would not have rented it . He said if I knew I wouldn't have rented it when I asked for compensation he became nasty and threatened me I will deal with American Express but would never recommend any one on vacation dealing with him

Staff were great. Really good pre-visit information for self service entrance to the room.

Location excellent. Staff really lovely. Bed comfortable (memory mattress).

Bathroom plumbing was not great and bathroom need’s updating, very small and tired looking. But actual bedroom area was nice and comfortable.
