Parcheggio inesistente. In poche parole è parcheggio pubblico ed e' quasi impossibile trovare parcheggio.non capisco perché mettere public parking come qualità propria della struttura. Quello che però è inaccettabile è la scortesia dell' host che alla richiesta di late chech-out( attenzione è alle ore 10 di mattina quando il check - in è alle 16...) ha risposto che le "regole"sono regole e che quindi ci avrebbe addebitato un importo di 30 euro per uscire due ore dopo alla domenica mattina. Se le regole sono regole scrivi anche che all' uscita devi occuparti dello smaltimento rifiuti altrimenti ti viene addebitato. La cortesia con i clienti dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo.

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral. Fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen - Supermarkt nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, modern, mit großem Balkon und sehr schönem Bad.

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo e molto pulito ubicato in un condominio recente, moderno e ben tenuto. Situato poco lontano da Riva Gulli, è comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi. Sullo stesso isolato un utilissimo supermercato ed anche un bar (di cui non ho usufruito). Esperienza molto positiva!

Tolle 10 Tage in Triest👍☺️.
Eine moderne und schön eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, die vollkommen der Beschreibung entspricht. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Ein toller Balkon mit großer Markise. Es liegt Morgensonne an und so kann man auch bei 30 Grad gut draußen frühstücken. Direkt in der Straße gibt es einen Lidl und der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Zum Hafen bzw. der Promenade sind es nur paar Minuten. In die Altstadt fussläufig 15 Minuten. Einen Parkplatz findet man mit etwas Geduld in der Straße. Ansonsten gibt es im Innenhof die Parkplätze der Park Trieste Centro. Schon teuer, aber bequem und immer verfügbar. Jedenfalls in unserer Urlaubszeit. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Es wurden alle Informationen mitgeteilt und schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.👍🙋🏼♀️
