    Place was nice enough for value

    They changed the dates for our stay due to illness, then 20 minutes before arriving when i tried to access check in code. They said they had no note of our dates, and someone else was staying in the place we were meant to go. they wanted to either refund us (which would mean we spend a lot more on a last minute place( or to set us up in a different place for one night and move us around. after complaining and waiting another day they were able to keep us in the same different place we went to for the 1 night.

    Everything bout the stay was great

    It was comfortable to stay in.

    I did mentioned bout the toilet being off the wall and the tap kept on dripping. There was mould started to form in the shower and behind toilet.

    Very clean, very comfortable and exactly what we needed for a short break.

    The housekeeper knocked at the door on our departure day, ready to start cleaning. We were 15 minutes over. I understand everybody has a job to do, but surely you would wait until we've left the building, especially with the instructions that you have to check out on the guest portal.
