Not 4 or 5 star in the room we had booked .n
Great location & reception staff were very welcoming,
Didn't like the open plan in our room, with the bathroom hand basin area all integrated, with the bedroom ,with a w/c on one side, with a frosted glass type door ?, & a shower enclosure on the other side with another frosted glass type door, so when you have had your shower to dry yourself properly you have to step from the shower tray back into the area where the hanhbasin is ?, O K for some people not for us? We came back to the hotel around 8 pm,that evening & passing threw the bar decided to order 2 drinks ,the lady took our order & payment, then disappeared, we waited around for quite a while till I asked another lady if we had been forgotten? ,she then checked & said our drinks were coming which they did eventually with no explanation, In the morning we went to the dining room for our breakfast after 8 am expecting it to be busy but there was only 2 other guests in, we had read the reviews & expected a good breakfast, but the continental selection was just OK! The toaster was very slow, & when my full English arrived it was very poor! I think your chef must have been off that morning, I thought no wonder there wasn't many guest's in The waitress didn't have much to do didn't have much conversation with us, When we first arrived the reception staff were very pleasant & welcoming George
