    Good location, scruffy and shabby property .

    The location was good for me as it was close to friends, bars and shops . The photos make it look very modern that is not the case at all.

    It was scruffy .. shabby , and there were lots of people sleeping in doorways around it . The entrance to the building was shabby … The furniture in property was too big for the small apartment . It was also all scratched . The doors had paint falling off .. This apartment needs to be decorated and more suitable furniture put in it. I would not recommend for solo female ..
