Disappointing Stay – Photos Are Misleading
On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, polite and cooperative. We appreciate their attitude and willingness to help, but unfortunately, the overall condition of the property and the issues we experienced made our stay disappointing.
We booked a two-bedroom property for our family of four, but unfortunately, one of the bedroom air conditioners was not working. We reported the issue to the staff, but it was never fixed, so our family had to stay together in just one bedroom. Although the staff offered to move us to another property, the alternative was not suitable for our family with young children. The kitchen was not properly cleaned, the dishes and cutlery were very old and not clean, and there were many ants in the kitchen. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing. The biggest surprise was the difference between the photos advertised online and the actual property. The entrance looked completely different from what we expected. Please check the photos I have uploaded, especially the main entrance, and you will understand our disappointment. I strongly recommend that future guests look carefully at the actual property photos and do not rely solely on the advertised pictures.

The location is woww.. feel in Nature is amazing. It is exactly same as photos. Amazing.
Only the problem of ants in room. They should keep some medicine spray to prevent rooms from ants or any other insects.
