    Puiki lokacija. Butas švarus, jame viskas ko tik reikia. Priima su šuniu.

    Truputį nusivylėme, kad ne sezono metu, nebuvo galimybės išvykti vėliau..

    Host behaviour was unacceptable - beware

    We did not have a chance to see it

    We booked this apartment for our family of five in August. Shortly before arrival, the host suddenly informed us by SMS that we were not expected to come. This was extremely problematic during the busy season, when finding alternative accommodation in Neringa was virtually impossible. The host refused to cancel the booking and then stopped responding to our calls and messages. After contacting Booking.com, the host told them that the apartment was actually ready for us — completely contradicting what we had been told. Fortunately, Booking.com helped us cancel the reservation. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional handling. I strongly recommend caution when booking this property.

    The location made up for the flaws in the apartment

    The location was great, the flat was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony has a view of the Curonian Sea, which is a bonus when the neighbours don't smoke. It's also easy to park near the apartment, which is an added bonus. It's very quiet during the night, which makes for a restful stay.

    The apartment was clean, but I think the owners should change the cleaning products they use as they do not smell pleasant. Additionally, the bathroom and the toilet smelt of bleach, and the windows were very dirty. The neighbours/residents smoked a lot, which I understand is not within the owner's control, but the guests who are sensitive to smoke should be aware of this; therefore, I couldn't use the balcony as much as I wanted to, even though it had a gorgeous view. I think the apartment needs a touch of love and a bit more effort to make it feel more cosy. If all of these things were addressed, it would be truly pleasant.
