Location in front of lake Como with a great view, right across the street from one of the two ferry stations and 3 minutes away from the other one was great to mobilize quickly. It is a big size apartment with all you need for a nice stay.
The AC was not cooling, but we opened the windows and the night breeze made the spaces very fresh.

Location was fantastic, near the main area but away from crowd, mostly. View is awesome, and dont need to haul luggage to top of the HILL. The host was friendly and responsive when we needed.

Very unhappy with this apartment. Only great thing was the location.
The location was perfect.
There is a heat wave going on, and the host did not bother to open the place up for us. There was no air conditioning except for the bedrooms, which barely cooled the room off. I had to kill a bug in the bathroom, which turned out to be a scorpion. The place smelled musty and old. The pictures he posted online looked nothing like the old beaten up furniture that was in the apartment. The best part of our terrible stay was the second night there was a blackout with no electricity, no power, NO HOT WATER from 2am until we checked out. It was sweltering in that apartment. I would like a partial refund for this terrible experience. I cannot emphasize enough how hot, terrible and foul smelling this place was.
