A fantastic beachfront apartment, great location, and everything needed for a relaxing family stay.
The apartment’s best feature is its unbeatable beachfront location-you can step outside and be on the sand in seconds. We stayed for three days as a family of three in the very beginning of October and had everything we needed, including effective air conditioning. The warm sea, quiet beach, nearby ice-cream café, easy walk to the Old Town-30’, bus stop, and Larnaca Marina made it an excellent base. The low-flying planes from the nearby airport were fascinating and surprisingly quiet.
The only issue was a blocked toilet on the first night after paper was flushed despite the warning. We contacted the owner, who arranged a plumber promptly, and the problem was quickly resolved. In Cyprus, the sewage system requires toilet paper to be disposed of in the bin rather than flushed down the toilet, as indicated by the warning signs.

A wonderful location with direct access to the beach; there is a café in the building, and we had a really great time. Communication with the owner was excellent. I recommend it—we are already planning our next stay.
