Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Very bad

Have good facilities of this property but no one maintains them.

The cleanliness of this property is unmaintained; no one takes care of the inside, outside, furniture, or entire area. Another issue is that they do not provide linen, pillow covers, or bath towels. They also charge extra for these. There's mouse droppings inside the BBQ, the bed, and on the carpet. It's the uncleanest property I have ever seen.

Overall, we do not recommend this place and will definitely not return.

It started with a small note, written in very fine print, saying that the house does not include bed linen and that it costs an extra $30 per bed. By the time we realized this, we had already paid and couldn’t really do much about it.This is a very significant amount - more than half the cost of the stay itself. The bedding we received was worn out and dirty, with visible stains on the front (which I chose not to photograph out of respect). We even found a cockroach inside one of the beds. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and since we were a large group, we asked for just one extra hour to pack up and get organized — but this request was refused. Guests are also asked to wash, dry, and return all dishes to their place, which was impossible to complete while rushing to leave by 10 AM. Overall, we do not recommend this place and will definitely not return.

Comfortable home providing all the basics needed for a family holiday with young children

The property was comfortable and had all the facilities needed for a 5 day family holiday

Location was ok, but long way from the beach and shops, so car essential….
