    Achtung versteckte Kosten!

    Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Hotel und die Ausstattung Spitzenklasse. An dem gibt es nichts zu meckern.

    Gebührenpflichtiges Highspeed Internet und Ressort Gebühr zerstören dann gleich wieder das positive Gefühl. Und weil das nicht reicht, wird der gesamte Hotel Betrag täglich von der Kreditkarte neu autorisiert (abgebucht). In meinem Fall sind es von Donnerstag auf Sonntag 1638 $ und die wurden Samstag mit weiteren 1638 $ und Sonntag mit weiteren 1638 $ täglich von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Jetzt geht es darum, dass ich um die Rückerstattung der dreifachen Abbuchung kämpfen muss. Mit meiner Visakarte hat es nichts zu tun. Wir sind extrem Reisende weltweit und fast täglich in Hotels aber sowas hab ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt.
