Exquisite Hotel Design and Awesome Spa Experience
The architectural design is superb. I've been to a lot of staycations but the hotel design is truly unique. And of course, the Spa is the best experience for me.
I just hope they wish the breakfast buffet menu everyday. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and we had the same thing. Although, breakfast is really good.

It is a beautiful hotel with the most gorgeous landscape. The staff make it a wonderful hotel to stay at.
The hotel was immaculate. There was music each night in the atrium bar area which was so enjoyable. We ate at three of the restaurants and they were very good! The staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating.
The additional costs for lounge chairs by the pool, parking, and resort fee.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. It’s hard to believe that a bed frame could actually collapse at a hotel like this. When we asked if we could switch rooms, we were told to wait for maintenance to come and inspect it first. We ended up waiting in the room for an entire hour, only to be moved to another room anyway. By that point, we were already exhausted, and the whole experience had completely ruined our mood and excitement for the trip. This is definitely not the level of service or quality I would expect from a hotel at this price point. I would especially caution families traveling with young children to be extremely careful. Thankfully, I was wearing shoes when the bed frame fell onto my foot, so it didn’t hurt too badly. But it could have been much worse, especially if it had happened to a child.
