Perfect escape from the city
When we arrived at the hotel, there was a queue of people checking in that's when Jinal walked up to us and helped us check in without us having to stand in the queue. Jinal sorted us out, she even texted me to check in every now and then. On the first night we had an issue with the air con in our room it was freezing and the temp was going down to 16 despite us constantly increasing the temperature, even though the technicians came and looked at it they weren't able to resolve it. The next day Jinal upgraded us to the Suite and we had a lovely stay. The suite is just mind blowing! We didn't leave the room. Thank you Jinal for the thoughtful upgrade it really made our stay memorable. The property is stunning and it overlooks the golf course, there are activities almost everyday for both adults and kids. Additionally there is an Entertainment Zone which is pretty cool. We got massages at the spa and I was very impressed with my masseuse Mineo, the massage was so good that I fell asleep. I would also like to mention Robin the main guy at the Pool Bar who made the perfect Negronis and other cocktails for us. We had such a blast as we spent hours by the pool. The staff in general is very polite and courteous, almost every day the housekeeping staff would leave little pieces of chocolates for us, Tahir from housekeeping even got us some traditional trinkets. We loved the attention to detail and really enjoyed our stay. The chef came to us the night before and asked what we'd like to have for breakfast and offered to make Appams and Stew which was such a lovely gesture. It was off the menu but so thoughtful of him to check in on us.
Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Hope they fix the technical issue with the ACs but maybe this was a one off so I don't blame them.
