Great property in Downtown Houston, especially for families.

The staff were amazingly helpful and they took extra care of all the kids and hosted us very well. They provided us with additional amenities and provided us with complimentary lounge access. In addition to this, the staff customised a welcome note and a 'things to do list' for kids which were shared with them upon arrival. All in all - they made everyone feel special! Great facilities with the free shuttle (within a 5 mile radius) and a great team at the valet.

There is no swimming pool and for a hotel of this status, I would expect a pool or at a minimum, free access to another hotel (within the chain) with pool facilities.
