    I will think twice to stay here. Maybe can do something about the staff service

    Mostly all good? But staff is rude and not helpfull Check in counter not helpfull at all when i ask about my wifi what is it charge? Most expensive hotel dont have to pay for wifi ( i mean in this era wifi is free even 3 star hotel dont have to pay for wifi - specially im traveling from overseas i need the wifi ) When checked thay answered was its free if you are a member. I said i am a member bit i dont really use my membership so i dont remember my membership number Staff answered ok we will just remove the charge , but she answered with an attitude. I was stunned with the answered. They removed it but hotel couldve done it better. Like no charges for wifi to begin with

    Also the restaurant service took forever for just sinple order, and i was alone for breakfast my breakfast that could have finished in half hour but to tait takes an hour for my orders was just granola and coffee If i order a loads of meal i can understand if it took long, but just simple order and im alone, they could have think gota serve her quick cos she is alone. They dont think that far
