A good central location, with large rooms and good parking for our hire car.
Our 2 night stay was comfortable in a spacious, well appointed room. The staff were very friendly and helped us with tram tickets. The breakfast buffet was great. Car parking was so easy and our car was always waiting for us from the parking area.
Our futon beds were a little thin and not the most comfortable we had experienced.

Great Hotel with excellent staff
Simply brilliant staff who could not do enough. To help whether it was parking our car, or arranging forwarding of our suitcases. Lovely and spacious Japanese style room. Nice touch, room service easily ordered through tablet in room. Nice breakfast.
The bed could have been a bit softer but most would find it comfortable
