Good but scope for improvement is there
Spacious and clean rooms. Walkable to the Srirangam temple
It is a service apartment so basic kitchen items like cutlery, plates were expected. But no available. There was no one to buy and bring us our morning tea (for a tip) but same service was offered by the reception desk staff to another guest the same day. Bin was not cleared throughout our stay.

Neat and clean rooms, mattresses, a minor problem in cable TV was set right immediately, good taste of filter coffee
Drinking water was not provided Room no. 11, shower was useless Hall AC was not connected to power
