    My experience with this property was beyond disappointing. ​Before arriving, I was asked to provide my estimated check-in time. Since I had a late flight landing around 10:00 PM, I estimated I would arrive by 11:00 PM. They were fine with it, but asked for the ID details of all guests in advance, arguing that it would be too late for a standard check-in process upon arrival. In the same message, they offered an airport transfer for €29. ​The next day, I sent the requested details and politely declined the transfer. Immediately after, I received a message from Karolina (who I later realized is the owner's daughter), claiming she had just "realized" my late check-in time and that a €20 late fee would now apply. However, she mentioned that if I accepted their €29 transfer, the late fee would be waived. I checked their Booking page thoroughly—there was no mention of a late check-in fee anywhere. This felt like a cheap tactic and extortion. Having traveled extensively with more than 100 completed bookings, I have never experienced such abusive behavior. I accepted the transfer only because it was the day before arrival and free cancellation was no longer an option. ​Had the greedy management been the only issue, I might have given a balanced rating. But the apartment itself was terrible. There was a horrible odor throughout the place, and the carpet was filthy—my white socks turned black within 30 minutes. The open-space living area and kitchen were spacious, but the bathroom was tiny. The bedrooms feature bunk beds that squeak terribly with any movement, making sleep impossible for both the top and bottom bunks. The top mattresses are extremely hard, leaving you with severe back pain. The cherry on top, check-out was agreed to be at 11:00 AM (confirmed both verbally and in writing by Karolina). At 11:00 AM sharp, as we were standing in the hallway with our bags—having cleaned up and left the apartment spotless—the doorbell rang. It was the owner.
