    Très bien situé et proche du quartier de la vieille ville, possibilité de le faire à pied en longeant la rivière et en évitant les moments les plus chauds de la journée

    Un bon coup de rafraîchissement (peinture et changement de tapis) ne lui ferait pas de mal et manque un filtreur à eau
