    Josnic, jignitor din partea proprietății, nu ne-a cazat cu rezervarea plătită

    Nu am primit codul de acces de la proprietar, la 11 seara am rămas fără cazare. Nu s-a transmis o adresă de mai greșită pt a încărca documentele de identitate, mail care s-a întors pt ca era eronat, am primit inițial mesaje automate, apoi cu multă nesimțire și nepolitețe mi s-a zis că nu primesc nici un cod pt ca nu respect legislația. Când am sunat la nr de telefon afișat ca fiind al proprietății mi-a răspuns nervos și indignat că de ce îl sun, că acela e un nr doar pentru urgențe și el are multe în administrare. Am zis ca am confirmarea rezervării, banii au fost încasați iar răspunsul lui a fost: nu mi-ați plătit mie, ci la Booking cu ei sa vorbiți, nu mă interesează și nu imi da codul de acces în apartament. Tot repeta ca nu am respectat legislația, dar nici o explicație pentru faptul că mi-a dat un mail greșit cel mai probabil intenționat. I-am zis ca ma adresez poliției și a început să mă amenințe ca o face el. Pentru ce n-am înțeles. Ne-a jignit ca și români, mi-a zis: you are stupid și a închis. Și am rămas după 12 ore de drum din Italia fără cazare la ora 11 seara.

    Atenție să nu fiți și voi păcăliți și să vă treziți fără cazare și cu banii luați . Am făcut ulterior sesizare la booking, ei au fost operativi și au returnat banii în câteva zile, dar după un drum lung și seara aveam nevoie de cazare în primul rând. Surpriza finală a fost ca am primit un mesaj că el a anunțat poliția. N-am înțeles pt ce, noi eram la 100 km de Budapesta, iar el ne-a jignit, a vorbit urat, nu a vrut să ne dea o adresă corectă de mail și nici o intenție să rezolve problema. Dimpotrivă era foarte deranjat și nervos ca îi ceream codul de acces. Am multe rezervări făcute prin Booking în multe țări, DAR AȘA CEVA nu am întâlnit niciodată. Gândiți-vă de 2 ori ca să nu pățiți ca și noi.

    Comfortable stay in a very historic area of Pest with great access to transport.

    The location is great for access to the city, close to the Dohány Synagogue, the Jewish Museum and an easy walk to public transport via tram trolley bus or subway. We enjoyed the neighbourhood very much.

    Things were as we expected and as shown in the images on the booking site. Don't be fooled by the state of the building's entrance, nor the foyer and elevator, which are all a bit rough and dilapidated. The apartment itself is as represented and was very comfortable.
