Compensa pelo custo benefício e pela localização. Não aceitem ficar no 4 andar ou acima
Localização excelente! Funcionários solicitos e muito gentis, porém não solucionaram todos os problemas
Wi-Fi no 4 andar simplesmente não funcionava e não foi resolvido. Não tivemos internet por todo o tempo. Água quente também só funcionava se fosse reclamado na recepção que estava fria

Good choice in Puno!
Very friendly and nice staff, location, breakfast better than average breakfast in Peruvian hotels
I don't understand why all hotels don't have a flexible showerhead instead of just a fixed shower rose... generally, showers in Peruvian hotels don't give the impression of being well-cleaned - but how could they be when you can't use a flexible showerhead to wash the shower properly :/

Emplacement bien mais loin du port. Propreté correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix ! Des infusions de coca en libre service.
Chambre donnant sur la rue hyper bruyante avec des bars ouverts jusqu’à minuit. Heureusement le personnel était hyper sympa et nous a changé de chambre sans supplément (on entendait moins).
