Adequate for four days in Kyoto.
Very walkable location.
The carpet in the room was badly stained and the bed was far too hard for my liking.

Value for Money Hotel with friendly employees.
Location was fine, room size was adequate and very clean. Colin laundry was great.
No daily room cleaning. Room should be cleaned at least every other day not 1 in 4. Friendly staff at Front Desk.
