Great apartment with lots of space and very well equipped. The location is absolutely fantastic with walking distance to pretty well everything. The Quadrio shopping centre across the road is super handy for getting groceries and anything else you might need. As well, the access to the train station and tram - a 2 minute walk through the shopping centre is brilliant. This provides very easy access to the apartment if you arrive or leaving by tram. It's about 6 stops to the main Prague station and then a 250:metre walk. The host has provided a guide to how to use various appliances which is helpful (many don't). I always aim for an apartment with a washing machine which this has, many don't provide a drying rack but this apartment has one which was appreciated. Love the view of Kafka's Head, it's amazing.
The instructions provided for public transport were to get a tram and then a train from the station making it sound more complicated than it was -:it was just one tram. There was one small wine glass and one small champagne glass which seemed to be an afterthought. Given that 4 adults could stay I'd expect at least four wine glasses that were the size of normal wine glasses. A couple of teatowels would be good, not everyone wants to use a dishwasher for a few items. Being opposite Kafka's Head is great but it attracts lots of people and most of the time you can hear people at night but it's not annoying and it's good to be in the heart of the action. I was there from Saturday to Wednesday and there was only one night where there weren't people making a huge racket at sometime during the night, usually after 1 and as late as 4am. In cooler weather I don't think it would be an issue and perhaps in the area it is common. I would stay there again but would probably avoid weekends. The other things are all minor, I loved staying there.
