    The convenience of being within walking distance to a lot of things.

    The lock box was difficult. It was too high and I didn't get any instructions about re setting it.

    Attractive, warm and comfortable. Convenient location for purpose of holiday to visit family in Kaiapoi. Many cafes and shops within walking distance.

    We could not get Nespresso machine to work despite reading manual and watching YouTube video. Very difficult returning key to lockbox after checking out. Stairs were unexpected and caused anxiety due to disability.
