Cómodo y buenas vistas
Lo comodo que era.al ser un 5º piso,nadie te molesta y además es un apartamento unico al ser solo este.Tambien es bastante comodo,al tener dos terrazas,una más pequeña pero genial.
El solarium,tienes que acceder desde fuera del apartamento por el portal.Sales a un patio,y despues desde ese patio,has de subir unas escaleras metalicas al Solarium..Por lo demás todo genial.

Está bien, pero hace demasiado calor en el piso. No iría en verano...
Me gustó la limpieza y que los muebles y todo eran nuevos.
No me gustó nada el calor que hace en el piso, aunque tienen aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, el piso es un horno; en cuanto quitas el aire hace calor y tampoco puedes tener todo el rato el aire puesto ( a mí no me gusta porque no me hace bien). En fin, ese es su talón de aquiles.
