Broken water heater in master bathroom - Inconvenienced with no compensation
Amazing apartment...the decorating was incredible - Size of the apartment was great.
so night one..at 5 am the hot water heater ruptured in the master bedroom bathroom ceiling...i was awaken..and spent like an hour cleaning until i could find the number to text the emergency contact. I then called the number because no one answered my text. They sent help... We could not shower that morning and lucky they had another apartment to move us to. The second apartment was not as nice as the first and they should have offered us some sort of compensation for our inconvenience. The staff was amazing but i still think they should have been some sort of compenstion

Great location and comfortable
We had stayed in this property three years earlier as the location was great. About 100m from the famous sandwich places, it was a short walk anywhere into and around Florence. Met by Sophia, who had kept us updated with arrival info via messages, was excellent. She also managed to upgrade our room to allocate one with a washing machine we deserately needed after 4 weeks constant travel. Room was spacious, well fitted and comfortable. Whilst it was fully self contained with lounge and kitchen, we didnt use any of the cooking facilites. Would definetly recommend to those wanting to be close to city centre, without being tied up in it.

I was completely satisfied with my stay.
The location was outstanding. The staff were amazingly friendly and competent. Importantly, the advance description of the premises was accurate and not misleading at all.
This is strictly a matter of personal taste, but the opaque enclosure of the bathroom area could use a little more "opaque-ness," and it really needs some tiny nightlight to illuminate it ever so dimly at night.
