    Ein wenig abgewohnt und nicht so gut ausgestattet, wie die anderen Kaiservillen-Ferienwohnungen .

    Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

    Sensationelle Lage an der Promenade mit Meerblick. Große und geräumige Wohnung mit standardmäßiger Ausstattung.

    Kein Parkplatz vor Ort zum Dauerparken.

    Gefallen hat und die Lage der FeWo

    Insgesamt ist die FeWo sehr abgewohnt Schranktüren quietschen extrem, Abflüsse von Dusche und Abwaschbecken verstopft, sodass Wasser schlecht abläuft. Sofakissen sehr eklig dreckig vergilbt. Auch Sofa und Sessel sehr abgewohnt. Müllreste vom Vorgänger unter dem Sofa. Insgesamt unbefriedigend für den Preis.
