    The apartment was well kept with necessary kitchen wares and other amenities. Good location.

    Location, cleanliness, spacious, beautifully done, hospitality of staff we met when we were there and stunning view. Also the wifi is really very fast.

    1) We knew it was an apartment which was common but there was no mention that it was not a serviced apartment in the listing. We were traveling with kids and a senior. This lack of information caught us off guard and ate up our time and energy every day. We can opt to pay if we do not do it ourselves but this should've been communicated in the listing so we are well aware from the start. 2) No air conditioning in bedrooms vs listing indicating "air conditioning". It was limited only to the living room which is very strange since we came during the summer. 3) Insects are an issue in the evening. Perhaps there should be a zapper somewhere. 4) Shower area has a half glass wall only so no matter how hard you try, the floor in the toilet area gets wet. The floor mat gets really wet even if you move it back a bit. When we requested for a replacement, we need to pay JPY 2,500.
