    Warm, welcoming stay inside the walls of Itchan Kala

    Homey and welcoming - they prepared my room even though I was early and no obligation to! Owner has a book on the history of the sights in town to purchase, which seems to be cheaper than hiring a guide. The terrace offers great views from above, although still doesn’t beat a walk on the walls

    Little English, so sometimes hard to communicate small things (like “How should I eat this?”). Because the sheets are dried outdoors, found an unwanted (thankfully dead) crawly in mine. Walls are thin although other guests were quiet during my stay

    The location, terrace, staff, decorations and the breakfast were very good.

    The noises from the lobby and the banging doors woke us up many times. The toilet was dirty and smelled really bad.

    Amazing stay in Khiva

    Dilmurod and his finally were amazing ! The property is well situated, clean and has a great view from the terrace.
