The property is in a great location.

We were disappointed with the quality of the suites and I think things should be fixed before this property is rented again. One television had no channels installed and the remote barely worked. There is a broken electrical point upstairs and the shower tap fell off in my hand. Not to mention a huge broken tile in one bathroom and hole in the common area roof. There were many ants and bugs and the air-conditioner smelt bad. I can't recommend this property in it's current condition. It needs a lot of maintenance.
