Неплохая квартира в Калкане
Довольно уютно, есть бассейн, от автостанции минут 10 пешком под горку, но назад надо подниматься. До центра минут 10 тоже, но тихо
Мы были в октябре, и были проблемы с горячей водой, которая нагревается от нагревателя от солнечных батарей на крыше. Соответственно в дождь вода была ледяной. Запросили включение электронагревателя, после чего вода стала не ледяной , а просто не очень холодной. Пришлось включать на более долгое время, чем было написано, да и то, нагретой воды надолго не хватало. Не знаю, как смогут помыться, например, четверо. Занавески на окнах не защищают от света ночью, комната с двуспальной кроватью очень хорошо освещается ночью светом от фонарей во дворе и в бассейне. Ну и было бы хорошо хотя бы стол на балкон протереть перед приездом нашим, а то там было следы жизнедеятельности кошек

We are a company of 3 friends, were on holiday in August 2026. Spent a wonderful week at this accommodation and fully satisfied with our staying. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a living room with kitchen, it is cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary (cutlery, wide variety of dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, books, table games, etc) - I can mention nothing missing. When we were out of gas and drinking water, all was delivered within 20 minutes. The porch looks straight at the swimming pool that was almost all the time our own. The location is also great - everything is in walking distance: supermarkets, downtown with shops, bars and restaurants , public beach, bus station. Thanks a lot to John and Nisa for this perfect holiday. Will definitely come again

John & Nisa are very attentive and messaged to ensure all was ok, cannot fault them, loved the pool
The apartment is small but ideal for our stay, clean and well kitted out. The pool is just outside the balcony, John and Nisa went all out to ensure everything was ok for us, if needed they are easy to contact. Loved our stay and would definitely go back
Liked everything about the apartment, there was a steep road to get to it, one guest has mobility issues but a taxi was not a bother to get. Set back from the front but still had a view

Нам все очень понравилось, было комфортно, все продумано до мелочей, мы чувствовали себя как дома! Бассейн тоже кайфовый, теплый и чистый и мы почти всегда в нем плавали одни. Обязательно вернемся, я надеюсь :)
