We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this accommodation with pleasure!
Everything was great! The apartment is new, clean, modern, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, with shops nearby, and the beach and seafront are just a short walk away. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation!
The only minor downside was that a few small essentials, such as garbage bags, salt, and dish soap, were missing. They may have simply run out and not been restocked before our stay, so it was not a major issue.

Good place to stay in Ponda
The staff was very kind and supportive. Location is close to the temples of Ponda. Even the property has a small temple room in the ground floor, which was good for our morning prayers.
It’s more like a home stay than a resort. Stay with very basic amenities…far away from Beaches of Goa (we knew it before we booked).

The flooring was good and the bathroom was good.
The beds were really bad. The bedding had a lot of stains and was horrible to use. The atmosphere was bad for family guests. There was a lot of partying going on with drinking and smoking on the common areas and was bad for family guests.

Малък, но кокетен апартамент с необходимото за един приятен престой. Наистина не е далече от плажа на Офринио и от множеството заведения - на около 10 минути лежерна разходка, въпреки че ние пътувахме до близки хубави плажове. Съвсем наблизо има два големи магазина. Има място за паркиране, което беше голям плюс. Чисто с приятно миришещо бельо :) Апартаментът иначе не беше почистен за шест дни и кърпите не бяха сменени, но пък имаше пералня и необходимото за почистване. Беше тихо и приятно. На моменти интернетът се губеше, но това не беше проблем. Ако пътувате семейно, ми се струва, че апартаментът е подходящ за до максимум трима души. Благодарим за комплиментите - студена вода, кафе - беше прекрасно, леки закуски! Прекарахме си чудесно.
