Good clean modern room, quiet a well modernised. Very helpful staffwith good shower and bathroom facilities

Matteo was helpful and friendly. He greeted me outside the property and helped me carry my bike up to the first floor

Steep stairs to the front door of the room without much circulation space. Breakfast in house was minimal but there were tokens for breakfast at a good restaurant/pastiserria a couple of minutes away.

An absolutely wonderful stay in Lamezia Terme! Matteo was a truly exceptional host — kind, attentive and always quick to respond to every question we had. He even drove us to the airport himself before our flight, which we really appreciated. The location is extremely convenient, the breakfast was lovely, and the whole stay made us feel the true spirit of southern Italy. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here — thank you for everything, Matteo!
