Disappointing and uncomfortable but with great staff response to help fix the fixable things.

Large house with a beautiful view; driving distance from plenty of places; very responsive staff support when we asked for missing items.

This is not a comfortable home, especially not if you are there with small children. None of the patios/balconies have furniture. The only air conditioning in the house is in the two bedrooms; the rest of the house in July was searingly hot and very uncomfortable. The kitchen was not stocked as advertised: we needed to ask for a trash can and kitchen knives, and the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes the 4 times we tried to use it.
