In die Jahre gekommen und abgewirtschaftet
Der Check-In, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter am Frontdesk, die umgehende Reaktion nach der Reklamation in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln. Für uns war Wellnessbereich für die Buchung ausschlaggebend und dass er im Buchungspreis inkludiert ist. Aber leider ist dieser wunderbare Bereich im Dachgeschoss äusserst schlecht gewartet. Siehe nachfolgend.
Lärmende Lüftung, die man nicht abstellen konnte im ersten Zimmer. Defekte Jalousien im Wechselzimmer, Fernseher defekt, Badezimmerlicht defekt. Im Wellnessbereich die eine Sauna (Biosauna) fast kalt, bei der anderen Sauna eine defekte Glastüre, die am Boden kratzt und jeden Moment zerspringen könnte. Dampfbad ohne jeglichen Zusatz, etwas muffig. Das Hotel wäre eigentlich an einer Top-Location und ist von der Einrichtung her wirklich cool! Aber es sieht aus, als ob hier nichts mehr gewartet wird. Entweder man hat kein Hausmeister-Team oder, wenn doch vorhanden, macht es seine Arbeit sehr schlecht. Tipp an den Hotelmanager sowie auch den Frontdesk-Manager: Mal mit offenen Augen durchs Hotel laufen, mal in die Sauna gehen, mal im einen oder anderen Zimmer schlafen und das alles auf sich wirken lassen! Und danach Reparaturaufträge an den Hausmeister! Es wäre so einfach...
